Introduction:
The chestnut rolls contain very low levels of alcohol (rum), which lends them a distinct flavor but still allows children to consume them safely.

Ingredients:

• 25 dkg of ground crackers

• 10 dkg of margarine

• 10 dkg of sugar

• 0.5 dl of rum

• 1 tbsp of rasped coconut

• 1 tbsp of cocoa powder

For the cream:

• 25 dkg of classic chestnut puree

• 12 dkg of margarine

• 10 dkg of powdered sugar

• 2 cl of rum

• 1 tsp of rasped coconuts

• Chocolate frosting on top

Preparation:
Mix the ingredients and stretch the mixture into a rectangular shape on a wet kneading board. Spread the chestnut cream on top, roll it up, frost it with melted chocolate, and refrigerate it. Thaw it, and then serve it in slices.
